Terms and conditions
Membership
* Membership is by invitation only. Each successful applicant
will be issued a non-transferable membership card. The membership
cards are property of Galaxy Group Sdn Bhd
·* Membership is renewable on a yearly basis.
* First year’s membership fee is waived. Subsequent years’
membership fees will be waived on a yearly basis when the member
purchases at least one ticket to a concert organized by Galaxy
Group Sdn Bhd. In the event, a member who has not purchase any
tickets in a year and wish to remain a G-Icon Club member, an
annual fee of RM50 will be changed.
* Only individuals may be a member.
* Galaxy Production Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to reject, suspend
or terminate the membership of a member at any time without
prior notice.
Personal
information
* Galaxy Group Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to use information
collected from the members. The information will be used by
Galaxy Group Sdn Bhd, and/or its agents, to provide services
relating to the Galaxy membership programme.
* By signing the application form, the member shall signify
knowledge and consent to Galaxy Group Sdn Bhd for the said
collection and usage of information.
* Members must notify Galaxy Group Sdn Bhd in writing of any
change of address or of a lost or stolen membership card.
Limitation of liability
Galaxy Group Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for
* Any cost incurred to replace a lost/stolen card
* Any benefit or reward not available for any reasons
* Any failure to notify members of any changes in terms and
conditions
* The suspension and/or termination of Galaxy membership programme
