Junior IT Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Assists in all IT infrastructures, trouble shooting and resolving problems of all related matters including hardware, software, networking and applications, ensuring smooth operation and high availability.
• Involves in project implementation and any ad hoc tasks as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced in X-Retail IT hardware, software, applications system support and setting up network will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and Microsoft Office.
• Multi-tasking and able to prioritise assignments in hand.
• Good interpersonal and communication skill.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Candidates must be able to converse in Chinese & English.
