The 56-year-old Hui made his comeback last year to cheer up
his fellow ‘Hongkies’ following the despair caused
by SARS and deaths of colleagues in the entertainment world
such as Roman Tam, Leslie Cheung and Anita Mui.
He wrote two songs, 04 Zhu Fu Ni (04 Blessings) and Ji Xu
Wei Xiao (Keep Smiling), which he dedicated to the people
and held a 10-show concert series. This was increased to 38
shows due to overwhelming demands.
Fans, no doubt, would be looking forward to hearing his classics,
such as Pun Kan Pat Leong (Half a Catty and Eight Tahils),
Jui Kai Pak Dong (Best Partners), Sap Guo Lui Zai (Ten Girls)
and Hok Sang Gor (Student Song), Zui Gan You Hou Wan (Must
Be Fun), Gan Lei Zou Gor Friend (Be Your Friend) and Yap Bun
Wa Wa (Japanese Doll).
Tickets priced at RM150, RM200, RM250, RM290 and RM380 are
still available for the show at the National Stadium in Bukit
Jalil. Call Axcess Ticketing at 03-7711 5000 or order online
